??? I was going through my book to find out points for one of the girls and found out that I have been eating a point more a day than I should have

. I forgot to keep an eye on it and as soon as I hit the 109s I should have dropped a point. Oh well I will do better next week

Ham, ricotta and cherry tomato pizza
1 Lebanese bread 3 points
1-2 Tbs tomato paste 0 points
30g ricotta 1 point
5 cherry tomatoes, halved 0 points
25g shaved ham ½ points
4 green onions, finely chopped 0 points
Pinch dried oregano 0 points
¼ cup grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese 2 points
Place bread on a baking tray; spread with tomato paste. Top with ricotta, tomatoes, ham, green onions and oregano. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook at 200c for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp. Serve with salad and no oil dressing = 6 1/2 points.
