So as late lunch I had half a sweet potato...and then we had a HUGE dinner. Yikes!
I had pork and veggies and mushrooms...and some chicken later! Horrible, horrible.

Workout: Gumdo warm ups and basic forms, Treadmill 20 min
Treadmill: 1.64 in 20 minutes. I couldn't do a lot because people were sleeping and the treadmill makes horrendous noise.
Weight: 186.4 lb
Gain/Loss: 0...
Comments: I was doing well until dinner time.
Only had a banana and half a sweet potato until dinner. And at dinner I ate too much because the food was so good! D: I think if I ate in moderation I could have lost at least half a pound. Not that that's a lot, but still..
