Workout: Treadmill walk/run, gumdo
Miles/30Min on Treadmill: 2.51
Weight: 187.4 lb
Gain/Loss: -1lb
Comments: Messed up dinner& later on BIG TIME.
See post(s) above...it felt as if I binged. But I didn't. I don't know. =/
2 large bottles of water: 0 (I didn't have my bottle so I don't know for sure, but I tried to drink as much as possible. So 0, not -1.
Treadmill: 1
Snacks: 1 (Donut, frozen yogurt. That's two.)
Drink: 1
Gumdo: 1
TOTAL SO FAR: 12
When I weighed myself after I got back from the fatty dinner and ice-cream, I was 190.4lb. I was horrified. But after I ran, took a shower, and got into lighter clothing which I usually wear when I measure myself each night, I was actually one pound lighter than last night!
