I got in 2 miles today on the elliptical.

Not sure what the grand total is, but I will add mine on to the previous poster (before Tenshi's post.)

New total = 198.5

I have just spotted this. Can I join in.

I see that this started on 24th September.

I wear my pedometer all the time so I can give my mileages back from the 24th September - but am not sure how many can count when I am just joining in.

24th Sept 12.5 miles
25th Sept 10.5 miles
26th Sept 12.75 miles
27th Sept 13.25 miles
28th Sept 12.5 miles
29th Sept 13.25 miles
30th Sept 11.5 miles

All rounded to the nearest quarter mile.

I will post today's results at the end of the day. I might get an extra quarter mile in!

Of course you're welcome! Go ahead and add in your miles from this past weekend (29th-30th) and join us from there. That's some great dedication you have with your pedometer. Glad to have you along! :D
 
3.5 miles on the eliptical this morning + 2 miles on the eliptical from this evening + 30 minutes weights(from this morning and this evening) = 6.5miles

NEW TOTAL: 208
 
Thanks Pennybear09 - you can probably tell that wearing a pedometer and walking as far as I can manage is central to my weight control project

Here are my readings for the following days:

29th Sept 13.25 miles (35516 steps)
30th Sept 11.5 miles (31185 steps)
01st Oct 12 miles (32064 steps)

this gives 36.75 from me

This sounds fun. I love group challenges like this. I would love to join the group.

Today I did an hour of exercise. Since I don't have a pedometer I'll have to go by the 30 minutes of exercise equals 1 mile. So for my hour of work that puts in 2 miles. :)

New Total= 286.75
