8-12 reps with 1 minute rest seems to work for me, but you the last rep should be the hardest every time you change your reps in a workout.So is 10 reps/1 minute rest/10 reps/1 minute rest/10 reps decent for size gain?

I hear on the internet that if you want more size gains you need more strength.After I've increased a bit in size I intend to continue training but more towards strength than size.
