New workout

yeah, thats one way to do it. How long have you been serious about weight training and had a constant propper routine?

And i know ive asked this before.. but are you're goals pure size? or do you want strenght too?
 
So is 10 reps/1 minute rest/10 reps/1 minute rest/10 reps decent for size gain?

8-12 reps with 1 minute rest seems to work for me, but you the last rep should be the hardest every time you change your reps in a workout.

P.S is it KARKY or "CAR KEY" ha! ha! ha!

Well I've had to keep changing my routine the whole time as new information comes to light but from the feedback I got here,I think I can safely stick with this one.Much obliged:D
Well size is the big thing,vain fellow I am,strength increase would be great too but the workout I was doing until now gave me at least some strength(I can lift heavier weights than when I started)My bands playing support for a local band in march so ideally I'd like to gain some size by then:p.
Ideally I want some basic increase in size, to have a better ratio between my height and size.After I've increased a bit in size I intend to continue training but more towards strength than size.

I hear on the internet that if you want more size gains you need more strength.

Have to say I do.No idea what the name is, but there used to be a man who'd wander round wearing one of those.It was his trademark.
