Spent all day cleaning out the spare rooms, and resetting up the bowflex, A LOT of cleaning had to be done lol. But its all pretty much done. Going on a hike today
 
I think you can learn to maintain the "consciousness" if you take the time out to "meditate" daily. It gives you a time refocus and realign your goals and motives, and gives you clarity of thought. To refocus.

...Now finding the time to do that everyday is another story.
 
Yeah you're right. It is about consciousness. That's how I definitely failed. I just started slowly slipping into old habits one by one and next thing you know you're not fitting into your pants anymore and then it's too late! Also, denial during that time didn't help at all.

This time, I have to remain conscious about all my choices so as not to repeat the same mistake again.

Had a lot of fun on my hike today, it was a pretty steep climb, We went about 2 miles up and back down, went for pizza afterward, thats how you earn pizza! :D

I learned soemthign a little new about my leg injury, apparently the muscle that was aggravated, is one that is mostly active when used to descend from a steep climb, so there were a few instances where i felt some discomfort.

Back to work tomorrow :(

Its rainy here today, so i slept about an hour and half longer than i wanted :) So I'll prioritize with just the heavy lifts if time becomes an issue

eating wasnt too bad, i had about 1k cals of sunflower seeds, honey roasted peanuts, and white cheddar popcorn, that plus a 350 shake and some chicken. all in all i think it was a good day.

a day of hittign all my goals... feels good :)

lol, I don't think you're old, just smarter! Now you care if it's too loud! You're just taking care of the whole package now, just think of it that way, lol.

Went to this spot called "Sir Vezas Taco Garage" Nice little set up there. Damn game went from 4:30-8pm. during that time we were attacked by a basket of bottomless tortilla chips. I slaughtered waves, and waves of them, but there was no defeating them. They kept coming back!

I also helped team up against 2 large cheese crisps. and waged a one on one war with pineapple chili shrimp tacos.

3 Beers assisted me in this fight.

The end result... good time with buds and a mere 3.2 lb gain on the scale
