I'm officially past my goal. in a carb depleted overnight dehydrated state.
Re-accessment:
I've still got quite a bit of fat on my stomach, and i still have a little bit on my chest as well, i thought those areas would have been further along by now.
I want to start to add muscle. But realisticly it will only push my goals back further. since im likely to add fat as well.
I need to push further, harder. I'm roughly 17-18% bodyfat at this point. I thought i would be better at this stage in the game.
I'm going to continue with fat loss. I will reaccess at 170.
