It's true, I need to work on my will power. It's kind of working now, lol. I used to eat snacks from the snack cupboard at work everyday (cookies and crackers) and I haven't touched it for a week and a half and I plan on not ever touching it. Maybe a treat once in a while if anything. When I look at that cupboard I think to myself, is it worth it? The answer always ends up being no, and I don't go into it
I just need to stick to regular exercise. Now that I have a goal (which I stated in my diary) I think I can stick to it.
