What a success story. I remember when you joined. REally well done RJ, you have succeeded but I know you want to go further and you will.
 
Great job and it's great that you are counting calories/grams, etc. STAY in that habit even if you do some muscle-gaining cycles. Do you need a body guard now to keep all the ladies off your jock?
 
I make sure i get my protein requirements and my fat requirements, and try to keep them balanced (fish oil is a HUGE help with this, so is the smart balance omega peanut butter in my shakes)

I use a scale to monitor my intake DOWN TO THE GRAM

I have been working on timing my meals... Carbs are ONLY in the morning, or after a work out...

around 90 grams of Fat a day, coming mostly from the PB, milk, and red meat when i eat it... but i eat mostly chicken.

Everything within my control... of course the rare outings i just have to take the nutritional guides word for it... or if its a protein bar or something pre packaged i dont



Why only in the morning?

dont exactly remember why... dont want to give mis information... if i come across the purpose again i'll post it... something with insulin sensitivty and the whole GI thing i believe.
 
wow, congratulations man!, that is exactly what i weight in november last year, 330... its a lot!, hope to get results like yours!
