RJ Before... and a little further than half way

Wel Done RJAZ. Really great progress !!

Question:
---------

How is your skin compared to what it used to be ? Do you have any loose skin or is it tight ? I'm about the same weight as you was and trying to go down a little less maybe. Just curious.

It is way loose! Almost to the point where its discouraging.

What I have noticed however that the loose skin is starting to fade on the triceps, for lack of a better explanation. Its also starting to tighten up in the thighs a little bit.

I'm going to stay my course, and drop my bodyfat as low as possible and hopefully it will start to tighten up.

Stage 2 of my plan is to start a mass regimen once i get my bodyfat under 10%

Everything at this point is hypothetical. Its going to depend on how my body wants to react.

I got my fingers crossed at this point.

One thing for sure. It is way better than having the fat. I have more speed, power and endurance than i did when i was big.

I think I'm heading in the same direction. Well, I want to head in the same direction :). Not sure that a very low minimum fat % is good but I certainly know what you mean. Low body fat, then build muscle mass. Looking for that very toned look but not ripped.
Keep posting as I would like to follow your story.

From what I've read, having had all this extra fat My body will be more prone to putting fat on during a mass phase. The Supposed way to reduce that is to have less fat. So my goal is below 10%. I'm talking like 9.9% nothing too drastic.

I might change my mind the closer I get to target. Honestly, If the Chest fat is gone prior to that I'm switching to mass gaining! I'm starting to feel small.

Terrific transformation and I'm a big fan of intervals. One of the most successful weight loss 'vehicles' for me were group fitness classes and they use a lot of intervals. I use that on the machines as well.

Keep at it! You definitely are on track to reach your goals!

Thanks for sharing your story RJ!
The transformation is truly unbelievable - I had to do a double take.

Keep up the good work!
