What a success story. I remember when you joined. REally well done RJ, you have succeeded but I know you want to go further and you will.
I make sure i get my protein requirements and my fat requirements, and try to keep them balanced (fish oil is a HUGE help with this, so is the smart balance omega peanut butter in my shakes)
I use a scale to monitor my intake DOWN TO THE GRAM
I have been working on timing my meals... Carbs are ONLY in the morning, or after a work out...
