Today - I haven't exercised yet but all this posting in all the diaries makes me want to, so as soon as I'm done I'm going to get on my recumbent bike.
For lunch I think I made one of the healthiest things I've ever made ever... lol. I made a smoothie and in it I put skim milk, protein powder, some banana, mixed berries, spirulina, phyto power and flaxseed oil. Now, it doesn't taste like the yummiest smoothie ever but it's so good for me! LOL.. If anyone is wondering what the hell is phyto power, it's a green powder of tons of different vegetables, sea vegetables, etc. Below I'll post what's in it:
