Man I loves my anime! I want to watch some right now!
Anyways...
I was so busy yesterday I didn't get to post anything! But I went to work from 7:00-5:00, went to go eat (had sushi (2 rolls)), by the time I got home it was 5:30, started and finished my P90X by 6:45, had a quick shower before my company for my belated bday party came at 7:10! I ate like crap last night because they brought unexpected goodies, but I did get my P90X in (which was legs and back). I also played the Wii's Just Dance for about 45 mins.
Today I my calves and butt are sore!
I worked from 7:30-6:30 today (lucky cause I got off early) and did P90X (Kenpo X) which is like a cardio kickboxing.
I also want to note that despite yesterday way a bad food day, I stayed within my cals for today AND avoided the donuts and apple pie that was at work!
My next weight in is Tuesday for the Biggest Loser Challenge. I want to look at what I weight now because I'm curious, but I'm worried I won't see a change or maybe even a gain for some unknown reason (I've exercise everyday this week for at least an hour and only had one bad eating day) and I'm worried if I weight myself and it's bad that it'll discourage me. So I'm avoiding it until Tuesday.
