holy shit these workouts are intense!!

45 mins on the elliptical 4.3 miles completed

i used to barely do 2.5 miles at 45 mins when i started

Building up that cardio can be a challenge at first.

2lbs down for me man. I'll be joining you in the below 300 club in 3 months.

Can't wait.

Oh and I know you're not there yet but hey the rate you are kicking ass Jeremy it'll probably be by next week.

thanks guys, i had nacho chips n cheese today, and it literally made me sick

I know what you mean Jeremy.

For example when I try and drink regular Coke after a long stretch on the weight loss journey after having drank water and diet Coke I can literally taste all the sugar and garbage in the real thing and it often makes me want to put it down and go flush out my mouth with water lol.

Good stuff man, getting close! Falling off track is OK. It's not about how long you can stay on top, but how much you bounce back when you fall.
 
i wouldnt say i fell off track, this was just one snack, which wasn't even a full meal

so i think im still on track and havent fallen off
 
Jeremy just curious but since our stats are about the same I was wondering...

About how many calories would you say you take in a day now if you know the number?
