determination and removal from BS and distractions are they key to motivation.

thats with 3 months now of diet n exercise

Duh, you see I knew nothing about you but I just read the first ten exciting pages of your diary. For a young man you are very mature about this, adhering and with such attitude. IT is very motivating to rub shoulders with you. Keep posting.

Thank you very much, all i do now a days is exercise. lol its funny how much of my life its taken over

thanks for the kind words, the main thing that clicked to me was the fact that i was wasting my life and living to eat garbage but oh so delicious garbage.. lol

but it was slowly killing me, and the ridicule of growing up with it was the icing on the cake. I actually hated myself right before i started this. now i love me and that energy and mind frame shows to those around me

thnx bro, theirs a couple younger guys on here but not to many keep a journal.

just start one up and go to town man, dont let anything get in ur way. if it does RUN IT DOWN and TAKE IT OUT!
