i wasnt mia i was jus kinda sittin back and not posting jus reading and learning!! lol and its goin good.....hard but good!!! im right at 270 now and its been there for a week or so but i have had slacked off a bit due to work and sleep and things but ima pick it up monday ima take my ANIMAL STACK vitamins to keep my Muscle health and hopefully keep them growing and then ima go on a grilled chicken,water and vegetable diet!! see how that does for me!!
