Hell of a job Jeremy!

Once you get to goal will maintaining your weight be your focus or will you take it farther and bodybuild a bit like I've seen some other forum posters do who have got down to their goal weight?

Jeremy what is your full routine as of now?

Is it just an hour of cardio 3 times a week and portion controlled meals??

that was my original routine...

the past 12 weeks till current, (also sticking with it from now on)
i do 6 days a week for about 2-3 hours

30 mins of cardio on the 3 days i do weight training
45 mins on the other 3 days

resistance is up to 5-10 on the cardio. and weight training is beastly

good times..

im thinking of making an informational site once i complete my goal next year
 
errrrrrrrrr

my knee has been acting up the past 2 days. so i have been taking it easier..errr it pisses me off to go easy

also had my trainer take my scale out of my house so i would stop getting on it everyday
 
LOL Too funny!! I couldn'y live without my scale. I would constantly be thinking I am gaining uncontrolably! So good for you. I hope that knee gets better soon!!:)

i feel a lot stronger, and look normal nowadays and not like a big fat ass

its nice not getting stared at by kids and shit

I think you'll reach your goal before Christmas or midway through December to be honest the rate of loss you are having.

The last couple of weeks I have been surrounded by people who do nothing but talk (and talk and talk) about what they are "gonna do"...gonna start eating healthy, gonna start losing weight, gonna start working out...gonna whatever...all at some future point when the stars align and the moon is just so....lotsa talk - zero action!.... and here you are, you don't talk about it, you just friggin DO IT. Yeyyyyy boy!

never been one to complain about myself and tell what im going to do..

i like to tell you what i did!

and this whole process so far, i haven't complained once!

i get to switch to work completely remote this next year, so im happy and i will be able to move back to my family area in sarasota!

up flat decline
press and butterfly
cables up and down

triceps
machine, front grip then reverse
hammer curls
kick backs - hammer and straight

back-
machine pull down
wide grip chest / neck
close grip chest
nealing on bench lawn mower start ups
squat low and pull to chest both grips front and reverse front is widegrip
sitting down pull to back extend chest
stand up arch back straight arms wide grip pull downs

biceps-
curls
twist curls
concentration curls
standup preachers curls

shoulders-
press ups
twist press ups
butterflys
arm lifts- straight arm up
chicken wing flaps standing then sitting
shrugs up and shrugs back

legs-
squats front and behind the neck
kick ups thighs
lunges
hamstrings
hamstring stretches free weights then bar
calves
 
well

iv had to dig out old clothes to have stuff fit

down to a 42 waist, and a xl shirt- 2xl sometimes (depends on brands)

looks like im gunna need new shit in november! and a 38 waist is very promising for dec!!
 
I read through some of your pages, and WOW Jeremy your doing AWESOME!! I'm so stoked at how much weight you have lost so far, and you just keep going. I also left you a message in your in box.
