Regaining my life - Jeremy's Diary

damn my scale lied! when i was at the doctors i weighted in at 362, so i must of been around 385 when i started.. that scares me...

:s lets see how the next couple weeks go
 
i need to tighten back up on my diet, i dont eat as much as i used to or the same foods, i just need to get back to the REALLY healthy stuff! i drink water ALL day long, so much water. sometimes diet coke when i go out. never a normal soda though... i think my body hates HFCS now! wooot
 
The important thing with scales is that they're consistant so you can track your progress. You can tighten up Jeremy. I guarantee it.
 
i just made the gym my biotch today

and im gunna start waking up at 6:45 so i can be in the gym by 7 and out at 8 doing my cardio in the morning and then strength training every other day at night
 
friggin bastards, they didnt open the gym, so i walked around my complex a lil but that was not a workout.. im pissed
 
was gone at my parents house for the 4th and man is that place a trap for bad health.

now.. back to the grind.

i have a good friend who i used to work with who is a personal trainer starting to help me once a week on form and routine.

diets cracking down and pounds will be coming off

i think im going to stay away from visiting my parents for a little while now, it never turns out good ...

but i control myself better when im at my place

and the things that really helped me get energized were three people i hadnt seen for a month or 2 asking if iv lost weight. im doing it for myself, but man it feels great when ppl recognize it.

Great job on the losin of the weight....woot woot woot....you are inspiring me to use that one month free membership to the gym that someone gave me like 2 months ago. I have vowed to mix up my routine so i dont get bored.....

gyms are always a good decision, i love going to mine, and now that i will have proper instructions. i cant wait!!!!
