Regaining my life - Jeremy's Diary

I'm sorry that your parents are also unhealthy, I sincerely hope that they are able to make healthy changes once they see how well you're taking care of yourself. :hug2: I know that is scary, my dad always says he doesn't expect to live to an old age, and he eats terrible junk and doesn't exercise. It's not nearly as dire as your father's situation but I can sort of empathize...I absolutely understand what you mean about visiting the fam less during this time. Man if I went home too often, I really don't think I could keep up my schedule. Too many factors play into it that I just don't have to face when I'm in my own apartment. I'm happy you vented, and thanks for letting me vent too!

thank you for sharing, i know many of us have a lot in common in here and it just helps everyone really help each other

heres a pic... today.. same shirt same pose i hope

Jeremy, you're definitely making some great progress. I saw the two pictures and missed the week info at the top. I was thinking, "Boy he looks a lot better in the second picture". Then I reallized why, you're making definite progress.

yea, the difference is visable...sweet....have a great week-end...remember to eat your flax and "some green shit" LOL...and yeah, there is the strong potential that seeing you make changes will help inspire your parents to make some of their own.

I can really see it in nyour face. And all over, but definetly in the face. You are looking really nice. Congrats on the progress!:)

Man YOu Go!!!

You are doing such a great job. Your picture B/A looks awesome. Still inspiring.

I sure hope your dad realizes how different you are when he sees you next. I'm sure your change in personality. Your new found confidence, will be totally inspiring to him. Maybe you can even get him to get a trainer, when he sees how great you feel.

Best of luck.

Keep it up....

thats really one of my goals, i want them to see me, the kid who gave up on every sport he tried as a kid, stick to something and succeed. i know he is proud of my educational accomplishments, he never tells me, but he brags to his friends. kinda wish he would tell me, but meh thats his old school technique..

i want both parents to get a trainer and save their lives basically.
