So was yesturday trainer day adn what you did was with the trainer - OH - man you meant the Elliptical didnt you - geeeesh...

yup

yesterday was trainer day, and we upped our lifting, good times!

and today i wore my old jeans WOOT and a shirt i hadnt fit in for a year!! WOOOOT and it fits better then i ever remember!!!:eek2:


today 2.2 miles in 40 mins!had to up my reps by 10 for my heart rate now :jump:

tommorrow will make gym day numero 5 WOOT.. i dont think any one i know would ever expect ME to be in the gym religously. :rotflmao:

trained weighted me and got a body fat reading, weight.. 345 WOOOOT and its only friday!! 2 days early and body fat is at 33% not horrible but i wanna be at like 20% or less

training was tough and cardio for 30 mins! i can tell the difference in my body and how its working already!! i love it!

gym tommorrow 50 mins of cardio! that will make a SIXER for the week!
 
Jeremy I'm really happy for you! haha You're too funny and I love that your clothes are fitting better than ever. You must have quite a bit of muscle already man, because I was at 33% bodyfat at 5'4 & 166 lbs. :eek: Keep it up ;)

6'2 345! man im glad to see this number going down!!

but i no one ever guesses im 340 ish still in the obese section of the body fat but we'll get down to under 25%
 
HA! Jeremy, I'm literally LOL right now cause that reminds me of what I tell my work-out partner, I make up her work-outs for her and when I'm getting ready to make her kick her own ass a bit I call her up and say "make sure you eat a good breakfast in the morning":rotflmao:
 
chest and triceps yesterday, FWEW! shit was hard!

today 1 hour of cardio 3.4 miles and abs

jammin to the kanye west song STRONGER

its good stuff!
 
:)They sound hard - I need to find a way to listne to music when I work out ... I bet it would just increase my work out tons!!!
