Regaining my life - Jeremy's Diary

had special K with protien for bfast, chicken wrap for lunch, and grilled chicken green peas and mushrooms and a sugar free jello for dinner,

trainer worked with me for about an hour, full body muscle workout top to bottom, then 30 mins cardio. then he gave me some flack seed?? (SP)

weds will be good

special K bfast
going to have a jello in about an hour
chicken and green peas for lunch
yogurt for a snack

then dinner i dunno

What are you going to do withe the flax seed the trainer gave you?

he made me drink it when he gave it to me, he mixed it with water.

it helps ur digestive system and is filled with omegas.. its actually one of the best things u can take for yourself if you can stomach drinking it

I havent had special K in years....cheerios always make me hungry if i have them for breakfast....maybe cereal would be a good "snack". I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch...its like granola. NOT the Kashi Go Lean Fiber stuff, thats like Kitty Litter.

Good job on the training.....would you work out for me please :)

Joots.

Hey Jeremy! I eat flax every day of my life pretty much...but have yet to drink it...just it's pretty tasty FYI if you mix it with cottage cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, mashed in with pumpkin, acorn squash, bananas or baked into flat bread or muffins.:)

kikd ass on my diet today, ate before 7, and had about 5 meals

trainer had me weight train for about 35 mins with him, then i did 40 mins on the eliptical

had the flaxseed

now im resting!

fwew crazy workout! feel great though

Hi Jeremy, what a great diary ... I just read from the beginning and I have no doubt in my mind you are going to take this all the way. I just have a big smile on my face as I read Mal, Cym, Tom and Cannon and all the other supporters because the beauty of this site is when someone pumped like you comes along, it pumps us ALL up right with you. I especially loved your quote "I made the gym my biotch today". LOL

as wilmer valderama says on yo momma..

OOOOOOO weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :eek2:

thank you :)

im trying hard, and my trainer is pushin me just as hard

i need to do this, im actually stopping going to see my family until im done. i know they support me, but theirs to many temptations when im out of my environment. plus i need them to see the difference in time and notice my change of life. my parents are both overweight and my dad is severally overweight for his height. and he's had a hip replacement surgery and a heart attack. im affraid of loosing him, thats actually the first time i've said it, i've thought it but man.... im really scared for him, and i hope if they see i made this change and fixed my life and im not the FAT jeremy anymore, i hope it motivates them to do some changes... frick that honesty there has me tearing up now.... :(

but im glad i can say it, that makes it that much more real

I'm sorry that your parents are also unhealthy, I sincerely hope that they are able to make healthy changes once they see how well you're taking care of yourself. :hug2: I know that is scary, my dad always says he doesn't expect to live to an old age, and he eats terrible junk and doesn't exercise. It's not nearly as dire as your father's situation but I can sort of empathize...I absolutely understand what you mean about visiting the fam less during this time. Man if I went home too often, I really don't think I could keep up my schedule. Too many factors play into it that I just don't have to face when I'm in my own apartment. I'm happy you vented, and thanks for letting me vent too!
