had special K with protien for bfast, chicken wrap for lunch, and grilled chicken green peas and mushrooms and a sugar free jello for dinner,
trainer worked with me for about an hour, full body muscle workout top to bottom, then 30 mins cardio. then he gave me some flack seed?? (SP)

I know that is scary, my dad always says he doesn't expect to live to an old age, and he eats terrible junk and doesn't exercise. It's not nearly as dire as your father's situation but I can sort of empathize...I absolutely understand what you mean about visiting the fam less during this time. Man if I went home too often, I really don't think I could keep up my schedule. Too many factors play into it that I just don't have to face when I'm in my own apartment. I'm happy you vented, and thanks for letting me vent too!
