Yea feeling better. It's weird how different things are. A small piece of cookie dough or the sugar thats in peanut butter or maybe half of one of those yummy european chocolate bars and i'm fine. Now something really really sweet just not a good thing..While I hope you´ll feel better soon I´m glad your body rejects the crap!
I just ran out of time. I ate breakfast at about 2pm, and didn't think about lunch until 2am. I was going to have some cottage cheese or something , but by then it was 5 am and I was ready for bed. After today things should settle down. I had 7 days to do 4 worksheets and 2 different 350 word paragraphs........suddenly it's it'all due tonight by 11:59 pm. Now only 1 worksheet on citing sources in APA format. 1 350 word paragraph on why it's important to use credible sources..............Oh i soooo dont care.I hope that´s enough of the very-low-calorie days for now again but I understand that hectic days can make reaching goals difficult.
