I forgot to eat dinner tonight. I think im going to have to start writting meals down again. I started back on the prescription diet pills and i totally forget to eat.
 
Writing it down is probably a good idea. Helps to keep from both over eating and under eating.
 
Yesterdays food was weird. I ate breakdast ok.. Its was a grilled sirloin with fried eggs topped with salsa. Then i fell asleap for about 12 hours. Had some baked spaghetti my daughter had made and had a sweet craving that forced me to 1 square of raw cookie dough.....yea not the best. Guessing on the cals for the spaghetti i should have just skirted unded my cal limit. Weth the two dys before that being about 1200 calories it should balance out ok
 
I got on the scale today. Even with the holidays and not being overy strict i managed to lose 1 pound. So now onward and upwards.
 
I'm trying to get back on track with the better for me food. My BMR is about 3300 so limiting that to 2300. I'm not doing low carb but im trying to keep it at a lower than needed number. My nutritionist says for my weight normal net carbs would be about 350+/- per day. I'm shooting for 200 or less.
I'll drop more if my weight loss seems extra slow but I really don't want to go super low. Living on meat, eggs, and cheese isn't much fun.

Breakfast- 4 fried eggs, 4 pieces of peppered bacon, toasted low carb flat wrap with a lil butter. (753 Calories)

Lunch- 2 cups of cottage cheese with 2 diced peach singles, keurig chai latte. (330 Calories)

Dinner- Frozen eating well chicken and fingerling potato dinner, Flat wrap with mayo, avocado, peppered turkey breast, muenster cheese. (849 Calories)

Today was pretty good. Carbs were up some but just about everything had carbs in it.. Was craving fruit for some reason.

Breakfast- Oatmeal with raisins, peanut butter, sliced banana. (610 Calories)

Lunch- 5 fried eggs topped with home made salsa, 4 slices bacon. (736 Calories)

Dinner- cottage cheese with diced peaches. (270 Calories)

Yesterday wasn't bad. Did some cooking and a little school work. With each course only five weeks long it moves pretty fast.
I made some home made salsa yesterday. Last batch was red so this time I decided to make it green. Dinner was weird. I was cooked out so just snacked. A piece of peanut butter cookie dough, spoon of peanut butter, a banana, cup of chai. Even with the weird dinner; my daily carbs were pretty good. I found some pumpkin curry in the pantry yesterday. How it got there, I dunno. It was pretty good after I doctored it up with some garlic, curry power, garum masala, and some cumin. I think i just like flavors to be more forward than most packaged foods intend to be.
It made a pretty good chicken curry. You couldn't really taste the pumpkin other than a sweetness you couldn't quite put your finger on..

Breakfast- 10oz grilled ham steak, 4 fried eggs. (722 Calories)

Lunch- chicken curry over brown rice.(783 Calories)

Dinner- 1 piece of cookie dough, spoonful of peanut butter, banana, chai. (424 Calories)

Lunch- Grilled 10.5oz ham steak, 4 fried eggs topped with home made salsa verde, cup of chai.(787 Calories)

Dinner- Oatmeal with peanut butter, raisins, banana, glass of milk.(788 Calories)

I´m allergic to both peanuts and bananas and I´m still jealous of your breakfast :p
