Yesterday wasn't bad. Did some cooking and a little school work. With each course only five weeks long it moves pretty fast.
I made some home made salsa yesterday. Last batch was red so this time I decided to make it green. Dinner was weird. I was cooked out so just snacked. A piece of peanut butter cookie dough, spoon of peanut butter, a banana, cup of chai. Even with the weird dinner; my daily carbs were pretty good. I found some pumpkin curry in the pantry yesterday. How it got there, I dunno. It was pretty good after I doctored it up with some garlic, curry power, garum masala, and some cumin. I think i just like flavors to be more forward than most packaged foods intend to be.
It made a pretty good chicken curry. You couldn't really taste the pumpkin other than a sweetness you couldn't quite put your finger on..
