Rebel's Diary

Last few days have gone pretty well.

Calories werent exact yesterday. Dinner was 2 large marshmallows and some carrot sticks. Either im pregnant or sugar craving are out of control

That´s an... interesting combination. I could imagine frying the carrots until they go soft and sweet, then heating/melting the marshmallows and coating the carrots in them though :p Sugar cravings are annoying but you´ll get rid of them again soon.

Yea its strange how much you want something sweet at times. It was more like they were there and didnt wanna cook. The mallows were 200ish for 2 so not bad.

Oops, and I was just putting away my calorie police cap... Nourish your body, please. If your blood sugar remains as good as it was last time you might try adding some fruit against the sweet urges. Oranges or apples keep quite a while and they make a great snack.

Hi Rebel.. I am brand new (like within the last hour) to this platform and already I relate to someone!! You! I am BPII and I packed it on too... I was always fat but I went from 220 to 360 now back at 332. BP meds.. hate them but cannot live without them. I am so hopeful for you coming off the meds cuz if I miss one day.. my body tells me. I toyed with the idea of discontinuing all the "mental health" meds.. Seroquel, Citalopram, Zanax, Atenolol, Wellbutrin... ugggh! See my pic? (I'm the one in the PICU bed) That's what it had come to.. now I intend to get healthy and shed weight too. After I got out of the hospital I bought one of those "sit at your feet" pedalers.... only cost $25.00 and it helped so much because I was too weak to do much of anything.. getting better but its a long row to hoe. I am in your corner dude!!! Good luck and God bless.

Hi carla...
Coming off the meds is a rollercoaster ride from hell and I dont recommend it. No matter which I took there was weight gain. So it was come off the meds or expect a heart attact. The meds lost that debate. I miss them sooo bad. Having to get use to the suicidal thoughts and aggression kicking up is the worst of it. The wanting to stay in bed and sleep is a challenge as well. I still take halldol on days that seem especially upside down but thats to be expected i guess.

Hello all been busy with school and havent posted as often as id like to. Even though i transfered over half the credits needed for my bachelor's they are making me take a college intro class. Things like study practices, ethics, plagiarism..... OMG...
I have never read or written about something so dull in my life..
Eating has gone pretty well. The hot cocoa with a few marshmallows is the worst of it. I always fit it into my calories but kicking the sugar is a struggle....

Plagiarism is a dull but, sadly, necessary topic in a time of easy copy-pasting. Study practices don't ring a bell for me but they sound useful? Ethics is cool stuff, at least it was for me, but I guess it always depends on how it's presented.

I think its more because i have had a class like this at my other school. Its more for new atudents i think. Its an easy A but just dull i guess

That makes total sense.
