I know. Someone said the other day that losing weight is not a simple decision. It 1000 decisions every single day until you reach a healthy weight and then 1000 more every day to maintain it. That´s hard work. And, come to think of it, I don´t think anything can work in the long run that feels like an unending struggle. I think those healthy choices need to become unthinking habit as much as the unhealthy ones were or we´ll just crash and burn at some point. Sorry it´s hard right now.

Yea its probably just depression setting in. I always get depressed around the holidays.

Long azz day.... Got a little exercise in. I had to cut the grass today and then went for a walk before bed.

Food...
Breakfast- coffee with peppermint mocha creamer, mustard and bologna on flat wrap. (473 Calories)

Lunch- glass of milk and oatmeal with peanut butter, raisins, banana
(930 Calories)

Dinner- eggs, grilled hot capicola. (495 calories)

Lunch- chicken sausages with spinach and feta. (700 Calories)

I like the sound of sausages and feta though. How´s sleep?
Its a fresh chicken sausage i found at the store. It's pretty good if you dont mind the green color.
I've been getting sleep but the hours are weird. The other night I woke up at 2am and tonight I woke up at midnight.....
 
No exercise today... Just a sleepy day.

Which begs the question: what kind of bug? A navigate-by-starlight dung beetle or an all-seeing praying mantis?
