Seriously? I mean, I fucking hate Trump but responding to intolerance with more intolerance and violence? Not the way to get shit done. Makes me very nervous, especially with the weird gun laws you guys have. Worst that's gonna happen to you in the UK is a knife fight for the most part.. knives you can run from, guns not so much. That's 'Merica, I guess.
I don't have a problem with him so far.
The gun laws aren't too bad i guess.
 
Political group wants the president out of office. On the 4th they said they are going to start killing first responders then the public in general till that happens.
Seriously? Sure it's not trumped up news?
 
Breakfast- Pumpkin spice latte. (380 Calories)

Lunch- Wrap with bologna cheese and avocado. (630 Calories)

Dinner- Cheese omelette, glass of milk. (895 calories)

Calories 1905

Dinner- Didn't get around to it. (-- calories)

Getting back on track today. I'm going to start counting calories and weighing portions again. Carbs will probably be a normal amount for 3-4 days. Since I've been doing all the walking my appetite has been kicked up.

Today wasn't too bad. Just kept busy in my workshop most of the day.
Food wasn't bad. I ended up with 1925 calories and 114 net carbs.
So not bad overall.
B- scrambled eggs with diced potato and onions and red pepper and some bacon.

L- 2 wraps with avocado

D- tuna salad with a few crackers.

And tomorrow????????
