I think every culture has something like that. Clean out the fridge and add herbs/spices.just a throw together. Sort of chili or maybe a curry.

I'm just getting so tired of thinking about everything I eat..... Just getting old...Even if you ate 10,000 kcal on Thanksgiving that´s only about two pounds net weight gain. If the scale says it´s more than that you´re due a good pee.
