Up before the sun came up. It's an interesting feeling. Yesterday was ok but busy.

B- grilled ham steak and scrambled eggs.

L- Red beans and brown rice.

D- Ground buffalo steak and some stir fried cabbage.

Calories 2013 and about 140 carbs.
 
Your meals sound delicious ... buffalo steak - yum!
 
Yesterday was a lot of sleep.

B- Grilled ham and scrambled eggs.

L- a few leftover fried shrimp, cheese quesadilla made with low carb wrap.

D- just a throw together. Sort of chili or maybe a curry.
[Ground bison, onion, red pepper, cannellini beans, curry powder, masala spice] turned out yummy.

Snack- cottage cheese and diced peaches.

2299 calories net carbs 135
 
Even if you ate 10,000 kcal on Thanksgiving that´s only about two pounds net weight gain. If the scale says it´s more than that you´re due a good pee.
 
I know. Someone said the other day that losing weight is not a simple decision. It 1000 decisions every single day until you reach a healthy weight and then 1000 more every day to maintain it. That´s hard work. And, come to think of it, I don´t think anything can work in the long run that feels like an unending struggle. I think those healthy choices need to become unthinking habit as much as the unhealthy ones were or we´ll just crash and burn at some point. Sorry it´s hard right now.
