Today is a weird day. I'm hungry and don't feel like cooking.even the microwave seems especially complicated this morning. About the only thing that delevers is pizza..350-450 calories a slice; that could be bad......I dunno
I have a weird craving for chocolate today..i want one of those European style bitter chocolate bars...ugggggggg
 
Yea i have a 10oz or so levft out of that ham steak...prob cook that just to get rid of it. Yup 3pm....time for breakfast

Breakfast- Grilled 10.9oz ham steak, 4.6 ounce sausage link, 4 fried eggs.(1133 Calories)

Lunch- Skipped (0 Calories)

Dinner- tuna salad with wheat crackers.(390 Calories)

Yesterday for breakfast I had one of those healthyish frozen dinners. So that was about 250 cals. No lunch then dinner was mexican..not known for being calorie friendly. Then went out for a drink or 5.
Shared a sweet icecream kinda thing at dinner. After the movie we endend up at marble slab and had a cookie and part of a shake.
Now stomach is killing me. I just cant handle sugar anymore. I guess after not harly having any for over a year; my body just doesn't like it anymore. Ugg time for a baking soda bicarb......ewwwww
 
While I hope you´ll feel better soon I´m glad your body rejects the crap!
Yea feeling better. It's weird how different things are. A small piece of cookie dough or the sugar thats in peanut butter or maybe half of one of those yummy european chocolate bars and i'm fine. Now something really really sweet just not a good thing..

Lunch- E.W. Chicken Masala. (370 Calories)

Dinner- 2 wraps with mayo, avocado, ham. (453 Calories)

Today was hectic. Burried in school work all day. I can't wait for this class to end.

I just ran out of time. I ate breakfast at about 2pm, and didn't think about lunch until 2am. I was going to have some cottage cheese or something , but by then it was 5 am and I was ready for bed. After today things should settle down. I had 7 days to do 4 worksheets and 2 different 350 word paragraphs........suddenly it's it'all due tonight by 11:59 pm. Now only 1 worksheet on citing sources in APA format. 1 350 word paragraph on why it's important to use credible sources..............Oh i soooo dont care.
