Rebel's Diary

Today my calories were pretty low. I had 1400ish or so. 1 am i was starving to death so ihad a 2nd dinner or a large snack depending on how you look at it. So i ended up somewhere around -947 ish for the day.

You know what? I'm glad your body recognizes when you're underfeeding it so badly. -947 kcal is easily a large enough deficit.
I have heard people say that ash makes for great fertilizer. My dad gets a couple of metric tons of well-matured horse manure from my godfather every couple of years. He used to use what our pigs produced, of course, but the horse stuff gives a much better humus fraction. Which is important in an area that used to be so poor it had wandering dunes.

Home cooking may be the ideal but feeding your body regularly is a lot more important. Well done doing that on an off day, that´s a big improvement since two months ago.

Well done on feeding yourself well on a "kinda off day". LaMa is right- you are doing much better than you once would have :)

Today isnt going too bad. I did have a huge sweet craving that just wouldn't go away. I got a starbucks moca frapp and though it did fix the craving i wasn't all that impressed. It certainly wasnt worth all the empty calories and carbs. Think my taste buds have changed. After not really having sugar in the last 4 months; i guess i was expecting something great not a sickly sweet concoction.

I'm pleased you were disappointed :)
I think it's a good thing that our taste buds change.

No not today. I went down to the golf driving range instead.
That´s fine, too. PT is happy with any and every kind of physical activity as long as you don´t hate it.
