I like that. My goal is to sweat 2 times a day. Whether it be 30 mins in morning and at night...or whatever, just SWEAT! I'd join.!
LOL does this include when I break into cold sweats at work cos I think I've messed something up big time and not submitted appeals to the tribunal courts in time for a deadline or left something out of a negotiation?!?!?:! hehehehe happens to me on a regular basis.....
