HIYA THANKS FOR DROPPING IN I REALLY APPRECIATE IT


wow your excercise is amazing. i just about do 15mins on each of those you've done 30. i admire that-can't see how anyone can last for that long.

Trust me im about to die at 20mins but really push myself to make the last 10mins and i go a fantastic shade of red LOL
it is good though when people get on then get off and im still plodding away but i have found takig my ipod helps sooooooo much get a good song on and i notice my speed goes up...not always a good thing LOL

Hiya

Yeah mainly red days as i find green really hard i dont eat much pasta and hubby doesnt eat any so i tend to do red as its so much easier to cook the same for both
I have seen this body magic and not really understood it much i think i will ask at weigh in on wed what it is and get a better understanding of it!
and well done you getting gold!

Hi Sarah,

I'm mainly green as i like to snack on pasta during the day and it's a fantastic finger food for the boys. I used most of my healthy bs for chicken or cheese.

I've also started to do a 'pizza' base on a red day made with grated carrot celeriac and butternut squash bound together with a beaten egg, and then baked in the oven, when it goes crisp you can top it with veg and meats and cheese and it's fab if your in the mood for pizza and don't want to use up the syns!

Wow got back to the gym today feel good for it but sooooo tired i up'd the level on the bike so them "hills" are getting much bigger! legs we wobbly when i got off but good wobbly LOL
Going my parents for dinner today love roast dinners i dont cook myself! I will update the food side later so i can work out the fibre

I understand the bike all too much. When I ride my bike and really push it .. I can barely get off, because the muscles on my inner legs just tighten or something and I end up wobbly myself lol

Anyway ... been reading through your diary ...catching up ... Sounds like you are feeling better ...thats stokingly awesome!

I have lost some weight in the challenge ..my book I am reading is working .. I have had a four pound loss since two weeks ago .. Ive gone from 295 before the VDAY challenge to 291.4 ....

How are you doing?

Its so good when people pop in to say hi

It sounds like you have a few exercise DVDs. Would you recommend any in particular. I love going to aerobics but dont do any in the house.
I have a few Dvds and some are so rubbish i wont even talk about them!
I have all 3 Davina Dvds which are really good,
The first one -Power of 3 is a really good work out its mainly toning exercises but every 10 mins or so you do a min of cardio to get the heart rate up helps with the fat burn, its split into 3 so you concentrat on legs then arms then bum and tum you can miss any out whenever you want I use the arm section sometimes when i get home from the gym if i just do cardio, its really good just dont do it all in one go first time i couldnt use the stairs as the muscles in my legs were sore but build up slowly (like she tells you)
The second DVD is split into 3, 30min segments ideal if you havnt got much time, theres core stability which i find really hard, cardio box which i love and a 30 min version of DVD 1
the most recent is also really good although i have only doen the aerobics section but there is 5 in total
The Billy Blanks Tae Bo is the new one i have just borrowed from my sister and seems good but a total killer
Hope i didnt go into too much detail!

I bet you cannot wait to get your start date so that you can hand in your notice and do the career that you trained for. I am so excited for you.
I heard today that i start on MONDAY 21ST JAN im so excited but nervous at the same time just cant wait

Hey thanks for this i often have pizza and 'forget' to count it LOL...way too many syns but i think i will try this one!

I really do enjoy pasta so think hubby will have to suffer and i will start doing more, i have just ordered the red, green recipie books and the comfort foods one as well so i think i will be doing a lot of experimenting

How are you doing? What page are you on in the VDAY challenge?
I stayed the same this week at slimming -thats what i use for the vday challenge as weigh in is a Wednesday and i am not weighing on thursday am and friday am (Biggest looser challenge) but i was 1.2lb down on friday so i have hopes for Wednesdays weigh in and will update my ticker with that weight
Does that make sense or have i totally confused you?
Im on page 11 just under you

I got a start date for my job.....Monday yes this time next week i would of finished day one of my new job in the Operating Room (theatre to us english peeps LOL)
I cant wait

Thanks for the info on DVDs. I really should sort out some because I want to have some incase the weather is so bad I cannot get out walking. It hasnt happened so far - but we often get the worst weather in February.

Congratulations on the start date coming through. It is so soon. You will be there before you know it. Career - here you come!

I use them when im having one of those i dont want to go outside its too cold/wet/dark much prefer 30mins in the front room or when you dont have much time the 30min workouts are great, its done and just as good as going to a class at the gym

You should see a loss Sarah. You work so hard for it. You all are doing so wonderfully! lol I am going for a walk today, undecided how long ..but I think I am going to make it for thirty minutes, build it up slowly each week so my body keeps adjusting, Ive noticed since I started walking that my weight is going lower .. I am now down to 288.0, but I am waiting till weigh in on Monday for me ..to change my ticker, could be just water weight ... u know

so I don't want to get my hopes up and have them dashed .. you know

but you are doing so AWESOME! Keep it up girl!!!!

I finally figured out how to use the fonts on this site lol
now I can do big letter, different colors lol

always fun!
and as far as the job .. I would be excited too much!!

Weigh in is on a wednesday but im feeling quite down today not sure why though so i am going to the class tomorrow so i can cheer myself up a bit
The last thing i want is her to ask how i am and start crying for no reason!!
I think its because of the change of job i get a bit 'emotional' when things change so up date will be tomorrow

Walking does make a difference and its free and really relaxing thats why i enjoy it so much

I am sorry that you are feeling a bit emotional today. We all have days like that. I hope that you are feeling more like your normal self tomorrow and have a good meeting.

Well done for keeping off the wine at the birthday celebration. It will be good practice for later in the year if the family expansion plans all go to schedule.
 
Would you beleive i have stayed the same again???
now im not impressed very fustrated so going to be quite strict this week and see what happens on Wednesday 23rd

Feeling lots happier today, my last day at work tomorrow will be said to go but really excited as that means i have 2 days off then start my new job on monday
