Put that down, fatty!

*does excited dance*

Feel awesome today. 6lbs is a huge deal to me. Can't wait to see 14stone something later in the week! Think I need to get down to about 160. Made it to 167 last time I lost weight and looked awesome but could of stood to loose a bit more so I think 160 is reasonable. I'm super tall so think that weight still makes me "normal".

Slow-cooking a chicken breast, courgette, mushroom, and smoked sausage casserole for dinner tonight and about to have plain pasta for lunch.

Lunch: plain pasta (160)
Dinner: casserole (240) rice (200)

Thanks my darling :grouphug:

Just did the 30 Day Shred Level 2 with the Yank and feel like I'm going to DIEEE. It's amazing though. Used to do it all the time when I was slimmer and I could barely keep up today so huge motivation to get into better shape!!

Thanks Jen :D

Had a terrible nights sleep and it's my first day back at work today after the Easter holidays. Backkkk to work. *snores*

Packed a lunch though and will avoid the snacks that will be in the Staff Room today. Exercise will be awesome as I'm walking to bus stops and back today (30 mins) and then wrestling with 6 Autistic children all day. Will be bruised but happy! They always find it very hard coming back after the holidays so imagine today is going to be stressful but will avoid the comfort food. Cals came in at 1210 yesterday and I want another good day! Then home, clean, 30 day shred with Yank, he's making stir fry and then a very early night. *snooooze*

Lunch: 4 crisproll crackers (186) low-fat cream cheese (100) 2 x small apples (100)
Dinner: veggie stir fry (350)
Snacks: wine (250)

Total:
Exercise: 30 min walk

Six pounds, yay!! That's so awesome! I guess your Sunday weigh-ins aren't a bad idea after all. Here's to the start of another great week week for you!

Thanks Laura :D Clearly Sunday is a good day for me!

Work was hard today--The kids were all out of routine so lots of bruises for me, and some rather dashing bite marks. Never mind, hey. Sleepy Sunflower *drooooops* :nopity:

And I got an email today saying I've been shortlisted for an interview for a weekend job as a Young Carers Project Worker which would be amazing. An extra £200 or so a month and potentially extra work in the school holidays.

Money sucks. Or lack thereof.

Food has been awesome though. Stuck to my plan despite the doughnuts, cakes, cookies, chocolates and pizza (why on earth there was pizza at 9am in the morning I'm unsure) and ate my two apples and my wholegrain crackers with low-fat cream cheese. Hungry as hell now and Yank isn't home from work for an hour to do the work-out DVD with me so I need to distract myself til then. Washing up isn't the ideal distraction but it'll do :dupe:

Nice on the 6lbs! And good luck with the job prospect! I feel you on the resisting bad food thing. My department has some sort of cake addiction which means there's constantly something around but now I find the feeling of resisting it is much better than actually eating it. Plus, the ratio is shitty. If I eat the cake I have to do like half an hour more exercise that day. Or I could just not eat the cake...

Dudeee, I know. It's just insane amounts of food. And everyone's bitching about what diet they are on whilst cramming as much shit into their faces in the 15 mins we get in the morning. I know what you mean about resisting it though--I felt very smug and self satisfied watching everyone eat whilst I sat and drank my water :Angel_anim:

You are very right--cake is not worth 30 mins of exercise :p

Doing an exercise video with the bf is a bad idea. Will be waiting til he's gone to bed.

Confidence at zeroooo again.

Men are stupid.

Aww, Sunflower, don't let the boy ruin your confidence! You are awesome and you can't forget that! I hope your spirits are lifted soon.

It's all good--he just said the wrong thing. I was flailing around like a small whale (or large whale, as the case may be) and he made a comment that at any other time I would have found funny but at the time I was like OHHHH NO YOU DIDN'TTTT *clicks fingers*.

But he's since made me a lovely veggie stir fry (350 cals!) so I am only slightly ignoring him and his stupid face.

I know that wrong thing/wrong time feeling sooooo well! It's one of the things that makes me NOT angry at men when they call us crazy and irrational, haha. I'm sure Yank will do something else nice soon and you can fully enjoy his stupid face again.

OMG :smilielol5:

Hi! :) Your diary is very fun to read, haha. I just read through from the beginning and smiled the entire time! First of all, you are beautiful! I don't think you reminisce a whale whatsoever ;) Also, you are seriously kicking the scale's a$$ right now.

If I had a dollar for each time a bf said something thoughtless or insensitive...ha!

Also, very cool that you work with special needs children. I hope the interview for the new position goes well! Please keep us updated!

~Camila~

blues, I'm sure he didn't, too. He's just a bit dense :hat:

Laura, glad you understand! Men can be so frustrating. It's so easy to set me off when I'm dieting!

Iriiiish! Hello my gorgeous! Thank you so much--Really feel like I'm gonna do it this time!

Xenon, I happen to be rather skilled at flopping all over the place. Has taken many years of practice and dedication to become this uncoordinated :ack2:

Camilla, thanks so much for commenting. Feeling much better today, especially after seeing your compliments :hurray: Thanks for wishing me luck--Off to work soon to see if they'll give me the morning off to go or not!!

Good mornin' sex muffins :willy_nilly:

I had the most beautiful nights sleep which seems absolutely inappropirate after what has happened in Boston. It's all just horrible. Need to catch up on the news I've missed whilst sleeping but not sure it's going to be comfortable viewing. Thoughts with anyone with family out there.

The good news, however, is I cheekily weighed myself this morning and I'm officially in the 14 stoneeeees rather than the 15 stones! Only by a lb as I weighed in at 14st 13lbs (209) so I'm only down a lb so far but just being in the 14stones is amazing.

Off to see my favourite kids in the world now--Catch up with everyone later :cheers2:
