Put that down, fatty!

Sorry for the rough day. Hope you feel a little better tomorrow.

On the bright side, sounds like one of the kids has a bright future as a footballer with that clinical head butting technique.

Yeah, I sense a lucrative career in being a thug ;) He's 10.5 stone and just turned 8. He's a biiiiiig boy. And was also not in a good mood today. Made the mistake of eating a cracker in front of him. He's not pleasant when he's hungry. :willy_nilly:

Hi Hana! Sorry to hear about the rough day. I've had plenty of rough days that didn't include getting head-butted, so I imagine that as a capper would just suck. A 10.5 stone 8 year old?? Good Lord, I was a big kid (footballer big, not roly-poly big) and didn't hit 10.5 stone till I was 12. Is he 5'10?? My "little" boy is 10, the biggest in his class (tall and built like I was), and he's 5'6 and about 8 stone.

Hang in there, relax, have some wine and let the day melt away. Or go kick in the rubbish can. :D

Congrats on the weight loss and your progress with drinking - or should I say not drinking - wine. Great accomplishments all the way around for you. I hope you're feeling better.

Thanks for the comments my dears. I've weighed in this morning and it was NOT pretty. 3 days of eating whatever the hell I want and doing no exercise has not done wonders for the weight. I had yesterday off work as I just felt too ill to go in--but I ate and I ateee and I ate. So back to work today and I am back on track!

"it's not whether you get knocked down, It's wheter you get up"

Seems to me you're up allready, ready to pick up again!

Don't worry, that weight is a good 90% water weight/ food weight, once you get back on track it should slough right off.

Thanks guys :)

Weighed in high again this morning but hoping a few good days will get rid of it! I ate well yesterday, calories were under 1400. Tonight we have a birthday party to go to (like 100 people are going and I'll only know Yank and the guy whose birthday it is!). Going to be awkward. Then I'm on half-term from work for 9 days! Yayyy paid holiday! So can really, really focus on weight loss for that week as no work to get in the way :p xxx

Right, perfect week begins! I'm not working allll week, the sun is shining and I'm going to work hard EVERY day. Exercise every day, good food every day and posting in here every day! Not just sitting on my bum playing PS3 and drinking beer.

Last night I received a package from my friend in Thailand who sent American snacks for me and Yank. Cheez-its and Cheetos! So last night I skipped dinner so I could share the snacks :D

Will be logging my food every day for this week. I know a "perfect" week like I had my first week when I lost 6lbs will put me on track and get me under the 200's, I hope.

Breakfast: handful of seeds (130) 750ml of water
Lunch: bowl of plain pasta (230)
Dinner: pizza (400)
Snacks:

Good luck on your perfect week. I always find non work days the hardest to stay on track. When I work my day is busy and I only bring along a small lunch and snack, then when I get home at 6:30 I can eat what I feel like and stay in calories. But when I'm off work I have the whole day to eat and think about food and am home for longer, and going out to eat. I'm sure you'll be able to make it through!

Food for yesterday:

Lunch: pasta with herb sauce (380)
Dinner: chicken pie (475) jacket potato, no butter (140)
Snacks: far too many seeds (500)
Total: 1495

Food for today:
Lunch: pasta with herb sauce (380)
Dinner: lean mince spag bol..too much pasta today but it was left-overs and needs eating or else it's in the bin! (650)
Snacks: quavers (76) wine (250)
Total: 1356

Had a great day yesterday until I managed to eat 500 calories worth of seeds. That's a lot of seeds. I don't know how it happppppened :nopity: Considering we stayed up til 2:30am watching X-Files. (OH MY GOD X-FILES) my calories weren't that high.
Cleaned the house this morning, and am doing 30 Day Shred before lunch. Got to keep active and get off the sofa! :piggy:

Weighed in high today at 207 so have put on 3lbs during my 3 day binge session last week. Should come off quickly now I'm making the right choices. I'm drinking green tea like some sort of green tea fiend today--delicious! And better that cola and juice!

Staying off the couch is really efficient, I have hardly seen any TV since I started dieting, I just don't care to sit there, I pop right up again when my coffee/tea mug is empty.

Hey you, sounds like you are doing well - & kicked off the new week perfectly!!

I looooove, love receiving parcels too! Such a good thing!

Have a fab week lovely!

Didn't go over my cals yesterday and I am OUT OF SEEDDDDDS so wont be stuffing anymore of those in my vacuous hole of a mouth! :piggy:

Woke up early this morning to go and sign the contracts for my new job (YAY!) so will be doing a 50 min walk to get to the offices and back and think me and Yank are planning on taking a walk afterwards as well. Been sorting out his paperwork for the new visa soon. Have to prove we have been in a relationship for the last two years (including rental agreements, photos, emails, phone records, letters from family, bank statements, etc) which is just so ridiculously annoying. We've been together since I was 18 and he was 25 and now he's nearly 30 and I'm 23! The joys of visas.

Lunch: pasta and sauce (270)
Dinner: WW meal, Jacket potato (540)
Snacks: popcorn (350)

Total: 1160
Exercise: lots of walking !

Urgh, small walk turned into a long walk in the pissing down rain as I forgot my passport and had to come all the way home and go back! So I've done 1 and 40 minute walk instead! Now to have a hot shower and chill out! Glad I got lots of exercise in, worked up a sweat!
