I kicked some serious butt at the gym today. Did circuit tpye stuff (50 calories on every machine) and I feeeeeel the burn. Also have just had one rivita so far today. How can I put away 3 packets of crisps AFTER dinner but not be hungry til 5pm every day. Sigh. Also, forgot to mention that I not only ate the 3 packets of crisps--I smushed them up and put them into *one* packet so my shame would go undetected by my room-mates. So I had 3 packets worth of mushed crisps, in one bag. I'm a sad individual.
 
I can't go to Weight Watchers on Tuesday because I have a work meeting :( Really not happy but not much I can do about it--Have wonky scales at home but think I might just leave it til next week to find out and hope for a big loss. Not going to the gym today--It's 1pm already and it shuts at 4 and I have butt-ton of work to do. Going to do my essay then do a work-out in my room whilst watching Biggest Loser. I'm all caught up on the new season, watched all of season 8 and now I'm going to watch some of the English ones. Maybe I should apply! ;) Although I'm in the 170's now. Still feel like I weigh a million pounds though. Having one of those days, me thinks.

Well, I went to ze gym! Only went for 30 mins because I was in a rush to get to my friends house but oh sweet mother of god, I sweated. Like so much. It's so warm on the coast right now and there is no wind and I felt like I was dying a little inside every moment that went passed. Even my legs were sweating. Seriously. And my chest went all red and blotchy and I was puffing and huffing like a 80 year old man who smokes 40 a day. Was not attractive. But I did my work-out. Just did the cross-trainer.

I'm trying to work up my fitness and the only way I've found of keeping track of it is to see how long I can do on the cross-trainer without dying. Dying a little inside is fine--but actual deathdeath. I can get up to about 40 mins (MAX) without falling off but today I just tried to keep my calories per hour above 1000. Which is fucking hard. Calories per hour on the treadmill are usually about 600 which I find hard enough to maintain. But I stayed above 1000 per hour for about 10 mins which is pretty sweet.

Tonight I am attempting to make a chicken curry. Should be interesting. Instead of naan bread (300 calories for half, HOI!) I'm making little mini naans out of pitta bread! Yay for me. My butt-fat will thank me. Although curries + Hana = poorly tummy so my butt may not thank me tomorrow morning.

I'm gross.

Whaaaat 300 calories for HALF? That's insane!! :( That makes me sad. I love curry. Good idea on the pitta bread...generally good work! xxx

I also love your attitude! I'm so bad at crucifying myself if I'm lazy or cheat, and I tend to throw off the rest of the day/weekend/week. It's all about perseverance and you seem to have it.
 
Naan bread is just so yummy. Spesh the one with coconut in it! NOM! Pitta bread is also nom but not quite as yummy as proper naan. Ah well, the price I must pay for a bikini body!

Urghh, Ate 3 bags of crisps in a go the night before last. Like, really. Just one after the other.

That is why I cannot trust myself with things like ice cream, chips, or candy bars. Because I have one small bite or piece and then I realize the whole box is gone... it is an awful thing.

You seem to be doing really well though :) Keep it up.
 
Thanks darling :) And yeah, I know what you mean! I can't have crisps unless they are SUPER healthy and I have lots of calories spare because I just eat and eat and eat my way through whole multi-packs!!
 
Lady, you are my comic relief :) Somehow, while becoming fat, I also became a stick in the mud. New goal....beside the obvious drop 60lbs goal....to laugh at myself more. I could take a page from your book....your attitude is refreshing and beautiful. Cheers :)

Right, went to the gym this morning. Been up since 7am so calories, I fear, will be high today :( We'll see. Gym was very good. Boiling hot though--air-con is terrible. *le sigh*

Good attitude and awesome that you worked out 4 days in a row - that must feel great! Your legs must be screaming! You must be getting so excited to go home for a visit and see your sister! That's for the motivation this morning - I love your consistency this week! Keep it up and enjoy your time at home!
 
LOL! You are great! I love your attitude, and you are right, you have to laugh at yourself sometimes. You are my weightloss role model. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure you are strong enough for your visit back home. All though, who cannot eat that good old home cooking? Yum, thumbs up to you!
 
Have fun this weekend, but stay strong! There are usually healthy (or at least semi-healthy) options at restaurants. And if there isn't, only eat half. You are allowed a treat or two, just make sure it's a treat and not a whole weekend, right?

Great job hitting the gym so much this week and have a great trip!

Those are some low calorie counts for the day...do you feel a lot of hunger pangs or are you good? Before I would eat 2300 cals a day, any less and I was starving. I've cut down to 15-1600 and am okay, but feel the rumble sometimes. I'm bigger than you right now, though. Is that what WW recommends?
 
Hiya....I agree with Rachel. That's really few calories. I understand that women should not go below 1200 cals a day. Are those the amount WW recommend? I am just concerned, hope you do not take it otherwise.

You are doing great so far. Keep up the good work.
 
I'm supposed to have 1200 but I aim to have between 1000-1200 a day. Sometimes I go over 1200 so I compensate on other days by going below 1200..I really do try to eat more than 1000 though :( It was like midnight last night and I'd only had 1012 and I couldnt face eating if I wasnt hungry. Think I need to buy nuts again! They are AWESOME for when I'm low on calories :)

Also, I've been trying to go low this week because I'm off home for the weekend and will be eating at restaurants and such so trying to limit the damage!! Thanks for the concern <3
