Put that down, fatty!

I'm having one of those days where everything and everyone irritates me. I have the best partner in the world who takes care of me and loves me but I woke up this morning and was just so CROSS. Poor Yank takes the brunt of it. I wanted to go to the gym but didn't really want to make the effort so he suggests going for a walk. Sunny weather so I was like "sure" but as soon as I stepped outside I was like I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT. Then we forgot cigarette papers so had to go back upstairs. Then forgot out books so had to climb the 3 flights of stairs AGAIN and by this point I'm ready to punch a hole through his face. Poor darling did nothing wrong but I'm just on a serious anger spree today. Not attractive.

Didn't go to the gym. Probably would help with the foul mood but I'm dizzy as hell and I don't have money for the bus and don't want to walk 30 mins there and back in this heat when I'm ill. Going to keep calories low for the day as only done 40 mins walking today but try and get my 2 litres of water in as well.

*growls* Very unhappy Sunflower.

Welll, I *was* due. But I was an awful person and carried on taking my birth control (ran two packs together). Mainly so I wasn't on my period when I got weighed (ladies, we all know what happens when it's our time of ze month *puffs cheeks out*) and because, well, frankly, I wanted to get laid. So yeah. I fail. I think that probably explains the mahoosive black cloud over me today.

But on the plus side, Yank took the hint and has gone to work on his novel so I've just done 45 mins of work-out stuffs! A dance work-out that sucked so I filled up two litre bottles and waved them around in the air like a loon whilst jogging on the spot.

And then went on youtube and found "Tammy's 5 min work-outs" and did 4 of them. My abs will ache tomorrow.
 
And yus, the beans on toast was an AWESOME idea. Ate at 12pm and it's now nearly 5 and I'm not hungry at all. Really is rather super *nods wisely*
 
I've had those days! It just seems like everything goes wrong and everything makes you want to kill someone. And for me, it seems to have no tie to my TOM either, just random bad mood days. Hang in there, hopefully tomorrow will be better.
 
Thanks Mizzie..I actually feel a lot better after doing that work-out in my room. Exercise really does improve the mood! Think it's just a learning curve of me and Yank living together. *puts on ghetto accent* He all up in ma grilllll! But we'll work it out :) Just need a few hours to do some Hana stuff instead of couple stuff.


On another note, does anyone know where I can watch The Biggest Loser online? Doesnt have to be new episodes..Just need a little boost!!

And yus, Yank is a writer ;) Well, an English Teacher by day and a writer trying to get published by night! He just got published in a literary magazine back in the States but he's here on a visa til Oct and can't work legally here so he's using til then as time to write a novel. Pretty exciting!! *swoons*
 
On another note, does anyone know where I can watch The Biggest Loser online? Doesnt have to be new episodes..Just need a little boost!!

The NBC website has all of this season's episodes except the most recent one. They don't post until a week after it runs (so it's a week behind), but you can go back to the beginning and watch. I don't know about ones from previous seasons though.
 
Did you find somewhere to watch the old ones (not this season)? Because I would be interested in that if you did. I couldn't find anything older then this season.
 
Noo, I only found seasons 8 and 9 on ninjavideo.net. Very slow as well but it's working alright now. Seriously hooked already. Some guy lost 30 pounds in his first week. That's more than me in like 13 weeks!! Soooo unfair

Snack: crisps - 120
Exercise: I ACHEEEE. Did 45 mins at gym again. Treadmill and cross trainer. Did 400 calories but then walked home (and I walked to the gym) which is 40 mins each way. *sigh* I hurt. But in a good way.

Now I'm going to curl up and watch biggest loser in my pants!

Feel much better now :D On episode 6 of season 9 and loving ittt. Red team and HORRID though. I'm rooting for the fattest guy. Lost 76lbs in 5 weeks! Insane!

Makes me super motivated though--Doing sit-ups whilst watching!

Go you for working out while watching tv!! I don't really watch much but if I do it's cuz I'm completely exhausted... so I kinda just go bleah and spread myself over the couch :smilielol5:

Peanut butter candy sounds GOOD... I :beating: peanut butter but have never seen anything like that here! I eat pb off a spoon (only unsalted though, have never liked the salty stuff)
 
It's Spanish, not English! My aunt sent it over for Yank for Xmas but I've just been eating it all ;) It's sooooo damn good. Must not eat anymore though! Just a few bites and stupidly calorific!!
 
And I find exercising whilst watching TV to be really fun! Like, 4 mins jogging on the spot during ad breaks--or when the Biggest Loser people are working out I just do sit-ups and stuff. Did 100 during an episode yesterday! :D

I felt so jealous when I watched Biggest Loser, especially when at the end some of them started to weigh less than me!!
I was like.. I wanna go on it!!
My mum steps through Corrie, but I don't really watch much telly and when I do its like at midnight so I can never be bothered exercising!
