BMI is a direct ratio of height and weight. So if you're doing a "BMI goal", you're basically using another number to set a weight goal. There are some online FP calculators that measure various circumferences (hips, waist, etc). Or you can get a cheapish fat-0-meter from Amazon or something (I use this one: https://smile.amazon.com/Omron-HBF-...374836&sr=8-1&keywords=fat+percentage+monitor). Neither are perfectly accurate, but it's another way to track.Yeah, BMI is flawed, but at least it gives us some kind of milestone to work towards.
