Progress and Setbacks - the Road Ahead

Re-evaluating as you go along sounds like a good idea as it allows you to include changes in body shape and muscle mass. Retrying clothes (and having them fit again!) is awesome, congratulations.
 
Weight ticked up half pound, normal fluctuation. Will be walking indoors today and breaking the steps into shorter sessions throughout the day.
