Not bad, what and where are you training?

I was training wing chun in london. Also with lots of other exercises like specialist forearm workouts, high intensity cardio workouts, grappling and sparring, kicking, weight lifting, isometrics. I was 19 and in my peak of both mental enthusiasm and physical training!
 
Biceps

Actually I think im pretty proportional, I know MREIK thinks my biceps are to big but check it out for yourself. If you can tell me what you other guys think.

Looking good man....

I thought your biceps were a little off from your other pic as well but this pic def makes you look more symmetrical.
 
However, I just saw your video and can DEF tell that one of your lagging
areas are your delts. Your arms very much over power them.
 
Hello, I look the same as I did in these pics. except maybe a little thicker in the chest, shoulders and arms, I just retired from professional boxing about 3 weeks ago, so now I want to gain about 10lbs of muscle and get more defined in my abs area. I just play in a basketball, football, and softball league, and I help train a local heavyweight fighter so I am busy (besides work) but now I can cut more carbs out, being that I do not need so many of them as much as I did when I was training 4 hours a day.

I checked out the site, but I need to register to see the videos, which is something I'm not willing to do. From what I've seen the delts look fine, though.
