Hey ppl how u been? Hahaha..... didn't expect myself to disappear for so long. Lots of ppl resigned over the past few months and my dept have been kept on toes with all the changes!

Okok now the updates.

I am shuttling bet 128-130 lbs for past month. Not losing. Think it's more important to maintain this first since I've been prone to yoyo-ing all the time.

I know I can't do it alone maintaining weight myself without comin in here so sneaked in during lunch to 'talk' here.

How's everyone? I am sure alot of you are getting more and more beautiful each day! I'll try to visit some diaries before lunch is over. I miss Dari, Tammy, Uncle Sirant, Cerella, Wishes, Mal, 2skinny, Cannon, Tom and the list goes on!!!!

Thanks all u lovelies and hunk (Cannon)... your support means alot to me. I seem to have lost touch with writing diary. LOL. How come it seems easier typing away in others' diaries? Oh well i'll think of something to write later. Gotta go for lunch now! Talk to ya guys if u r around when I come back!
 
Hey kelly! Finally got u into my diary lol....
i am not so new but just prone to disappearing hahahaha. that's why u'll realise I hit only those few diaries.

Back from a full lunch of tomyum soup with rice. It's so sweet and spicy and yummy! had a cup of tea, will be having my apple soon for snack!

Tonite I'll hit the gym first then head down to the Jazz Bar for an awesome nite of drinking (diet coke that is) and eating (thinking of buffalo wings without the skin heheheh). Havn't been to a bar for a long long time. I know it's gonna e a fun nite. Thing is it'll be just 3 guys and myself! :rotflmao: Hmmm wat a deal... great music, great food and 3 men to myself! Hahaha.....will let u all know how it goes. Fiirst time I'll be out with them to a bar. I gotta behave!

Woke up late today. Reached gym 15 min before work starts.
So I only took a 10 min run. I'll have to go back after work and get 40 down.

I got a new heart rate monitor watch! Not Polar as I wld prefer, but Puma. But hey it's still spelt beginning with 'P'!!!! It's a nice white one. I thought I can use it today but silly me brought the watch only. I left the wireless strap at home! Urgh. Another option wld be to go home and do elliptical. How soon are we supposed to reach 75%of max heart rate? After 5 min? Or right after we start running/elliptical-ing?

I am quite glad I got the heart rate monitor. Yesterday after buying it, i went home and a news strip flashed across the screen. One man died after completing a 21 km half marathon. :eek: He's a military personnel, which makes it even sadder cos I thought they are all fit ppl????
OK maybe i m shallow to think this way....but they are hardly the 1st person you would imagine to collapse & die in a marathon.

THe chances of me dying in a marathon is definitely 0% cos its not in my to-do list but monitoring my heart rate would be good so that I dun push too hard. THe last 10 pounds is making me desperate.:mad:
 
Eek Im running a half marathon in November! Now you've scared me! :eek:

The heart rate monitor really is a good idea though, im thinking of getting one, so tell me what its like when you use it!
 
Please don't get to feeling desperate Pinky, you look beautiful at the weight you're at. The last 10lbs is just icing on the cake, so to speak. Mmmm....cake....
