Ok..i just started back on my real strength traning workouts. Went outa town so i lost a few weeks. I worked out todays ago(Full body) and today is the next day to workout....gave my self one day of rest....one problem, mt knees and hamstring are stiff! I know what its from i was just wondering if i should fight through the pain and still workout or wait tell it totaly goes away.
