Hey ya girl - ive been pretty on track except for yesturdya i ate and ate and ate - crap - ha ha ha...using the treadmill has been hurting my foot - i have a nasty corn and sometimes it really hurts and gets in my exercising way...however Id prefere to walk outside...anyway I will figure out my club schedule today sometime...
 
I ahve been gone a while, but what's this I am seeing about a wedding?!!:eek: Is it yours you are finally going to Pinky? If so congrats!!!:jump:
 
Wow, you see how rumors get started? I think Pinky was commenting on Painted Daisy going wedding dress shopping. If I'm wrong here---Congrats!!

Hey Pink... you are rockin that Elliptical huh!!! Great Job!! Congrats on not getting married - its not all its cracked up to be. hehe. ((I didnt mean it my husband if you are reading this))
 
Sore muscles since Sat.... I hope to be able to get onto the elliptical tonite. Feeling awful not gettin the exercise in. I am good in the food dept. Colleagues been complimenting and I was wearing white business shirt! Gotta mean something... lol.

Other than the exercise, all is fine and going well. I was so bz this morning that I forgot to finish typing msg here and I came back 4 hours later with this 'reply to thread' screen still on hahaha. :p

I'll gladly receive the prophetic word for my marriage! So God you better find me a bf soon... Ha. I am happy single now but if someone nice comes along, I don't mind. 3 bachelors in the office seem more friendly recently. But I am not really attracted to them. Office romance isn't quite my thing. Lol.

I'll reply in your diaries late tonite. Busy now... got a baptism service to go after work too. Bzbzbzbz..... Laterz! :jump:
 
Bz day. As said.
Came home at 10.30pm. TIRED out. But I tot my calves wasn't painful anymore and so did 20 min on elliptical anyway. First time on after Sat's badminton workout. Felt good!
I didn't touch the food at baptism buffet dinner. Wasn't enticed by the colorful spread. Only had small strawberry jelly and a coffee.
Met an older lady there and she commented i am lookin sexier. oops. sound so weird to hear it in church lol.

I wana type somemore.. but my brain isn't cooperating. I'll do it tomorrow. Nitez all.
 
Hey Pinky, good job on the buffet. You're doing great. That eliptical kicks your butt doesn't it. I'm going to do 6 minutes on it tomorrow, but I want to get up to 20 soon.
 
I am sick.... feeling so yeeeky. I can see my arms fattening up again (nope... not muscles. I wish though!)
Havnt exercised for a week. I couldn' stand it anymore and jumped onto the scale and it said 138!!!!!! GOSH! Ok i duno how I am going to go it but as soon as I get better I'll hop onto the elliptical again. Sucks! I was doing quite well.... WHY!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's hope it's only water weight but I don' think so. Been eating lots of starchy carbo stuff to keep my body going. The weather isn't helping too. URGH.

Ok back to work. Bz bzbzbz....
