Back frm rollerblading for 1.5 hours downstairs. I just sped back & forth within a limited area. IN case I fall down real bad lol. The ground is smooth anyway, so it's safe. Feel on my bum once. Ouch. :mad: Think I'll wear a pillow on my butt next time lol:p . After rollerblading came back up to do the 2nd Billy Blanks' Taebo DVD. It's more stretching less cardio. But enuff to send me puffing and perspiring. I realise I hv BAD body coordination problem. My body doesn't listen to me! Punch left and my right hand comes out. DUHHHH....

Think shd hv burn abt 600 cal today in including morning's walk.

Time to sleep! Can feel my muscles jumping for joy at that.... haha. Cya lovely ones tmr!:D

Rollerblading sounds like fun...too bad we have snow here for 7 months of the year:rolleyes:

I havn't seen snow in my life! We dun hv snow here. Also lazy to pack heavy for travelling. Our seasons are rainy, sunny, cloudy, hazy and.....windy! Hahah. Do u hv any big indoor area? I bladed last nite at the void deck of my flat.

Which billy blanks do you have? Sounds like you're doing a great job :D
Oh and the food sounds yummy, it's so interesting to see what you eat cause its always so different lol.
 
Yea gal! I got them! Body aching today. Not sure if I can go running later. Prob later when my bones hv woken up hahah. I've set the alarm for them!
My Billy Blanks are Taebo 2 pack DVD. One is Fat blasting cardio, the other is totaly body fat blaster. The cardio one is more powerful haha. I kicked off lots of perspiration with that. First time i saw my sweat flying off me!:D
I've to admit it's interesting food we hv. Some of my american colleagues are getting hooked to our local food haha. But i'll bring them to hv american food once a while. Lest they go cold turkey lol:p .

HAPPY CHILDRENS' DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (it's childrens' day today here) *do the cheeky monkey dance*

Felt my body aching when I woke up. OH boy i feel the burn everywhere! Thanks Billy Blanks.

Will go for a walk later. Dun wana tire out my body by running. It's a cool weather today, fantastic! Last nite when the taebo dvd ended with Billy saying May God bless u bless u Bless u so much!, a tear came to my eyes. Can't imagine how lives can be touched by a video. WOrkout video. He seems like a real sincere guy. Oh manz... and he knows exactly when I wana give up! Hahahha. THen the camera will do a close up of him giving that TALK. And I'll grit my teeth and continue to the lasssssssssssssst count! YAY ME! Phew!

Just 2 days of Taebo and I can see my arms aren't that flabby anymore. And I am on my way to new calves! They r shaping up nicely. Gosh i can see the muscle forming! Wooooooooooooooo!!!:D
 
Yay for getting the blades!! Fun & workout all in one! And glad billy's taking care of the fat - I think I'd pass out and die if I tried those tapes right now..lol.

What's children's day?
 
DQ, u might need resistance rope for some of Billy's dvds. Check out online first. Mine does but i can't do with the rope now... lest i collapse and never return here lol.

peguin, children's day is a special day of celebration for kids aged till 12. Where we remember they are special and deserved all the love they can get from us all!:D I celebrated for my church kids' last sunday at the park remember? I saw another group of children at the park today playing relay games. Seemed so fun! Think they are from the chinese congregation at my church.

Ok... just back from park. Walked for 1.5 hours. Jog abit in between when I dun feel the sore. So funny i was tired for awhile and then Billy Blank's face showed up in my mind.... hahhaha. He's become a motivator in my weight loss journey!:p

Big Bad Gal!

Totally went off wire today at food. Too many social appts.

Lunch: chicken in basket. oily boy! almond milk drink.
Dinner 1: 2 chicken wings, one 'soon kweh', 2 crystal dumplings
Dinner 2: Herbal chicken.
Dessert: Red Ruby with ice and coconut milk!

I am like a balloon now. No self-control today. This is my 4th bad nite out of 7 this week! My weight? I dun even want to know. WIll head off to gym first thing tmr before work. Can't believe I ate twice tonite! DInner 1 was becos of church anniversary and they did catering for all. Then my cellgroup wanted to go for dinner so we went to a foodcourt. Tho I didn't order anything heavy like rice or noodles, the herbal chicken was kinda oily. I was craving for some ice at the end of the meal. So went for red ruby! FOrgot that it comes with coconut milk... urgh.

Think today's cal.....400+400+500+400=1700!!!!!! Bad bad bad.....

I'm fainting!:eek:

Don't feel so bad, it happens to the best of us...me and Cheesecake Factory had a major date last weekend. It happened and you've picked yourself up and are on the road to better eating habits. You'll be just fine, yesterday is the past leave it over there...keep your head straight with no looking back. Today is going to be a great day for you, I just KNOW it! *big hug*

Aw, 1700 calories isn't even falling off the wagon its more like sticking your arm out the window. You'll get back in the routine before you know it.

ok STOP WHINING! (talking to myself).

Today has to be clean. I've got prune juice cos i couldn't poo easy enuf last nite. Is there such a thing as addicted to prune juice? But can't think of a way to better my bowel movement. I hardly go poo except once a week? I used to go everyday! Is there a problem with me? I might a trip to the doc soon if this goes on. I think i had prune juice last week too. Need to check earlier entries. This is bad. Ate so much and nothing came out each week. I dun wana rely on prune juice too much.

Skipping breakfast. I am just too full with the 2 dinners yesterday.
Lunch - something healthy. I've 6 country coordinators from vietnam, cambodia, philippines, india, nepal and indonesia today. Hope no buffet. And fancy dinners. They'll here whole week!!!!:eek:

Just had office devotions. This colleague i was praying with said that my face looks tigher now! WHEWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! Went to the toi toi to look just now and yea.... my pores seemed to hv shrunk (correct gramm?). She asked what did i do? I said uh..... Workout? Cos my diet was crappy this week.

Goin to weigh tonite. Might hv no weightloss but I am happy. At least my face is getting better hahahha:D
