Back frm rollerblading for 1.5 hours downstairs. I just sped back & forth within a limited area. IN case I fall down real bad lol. The ground is smooth anyway, so it's safe. Feel on my bum once. Ouch.
Think I'll wear a pillow on my butt next time lol
. After rollerblading came back up to do the 2nd Billy Blanks' Taebo DVD. It's more stretching less cardio. But enuff to send me puffing and perspiring. I realise I hv BAD body coordination problem. My body doesn't listen to me! Punch left and my right hand comes out. DUHHHH....
Think shd hv burn abt 600 cal today in including morning's walk.
