ALriteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
Here's my space! So excited.... hahahha. Never imagine I would do this but well i really need motivation
I'm 5"2 and 140 lbs. Been shuttling bet 140-142 the past week and it's driving me crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzy! Having so many social dinners and lunches didn't help at all. I still have a children's day celebration later in the afternoon.... there's gonna be lots of FOOD! Can imagine myself eating already.....
Anyway I'll try my best! Good thing it's in the park... so maybe i can run a few rounds instead of eating, haha!
Today's menu
Breakfast: Broccoli with strawberries, cup of green tea
Snack: 3 Fishballs
Lunch: Meatball soup (about 5 meatballs in them), small slice of Unagi (japanese dish)
Snack: Curry puff (really shouldn't have.... it's really fattening!)
Dinner: Not sure... prob broccoli and some chicken.
Btw, is it true that green tea aids in weightloss?
