Today's Exercise:
20 min run on treadmill @ 7.8 spd.
didn't feel like exercise today. figured out a way to work out fast at min time.
went supermarket to pick up some tofu and cheese. for some reason, suddenly i feel like making jap handrolls tmr. so got some seaweed as well. hope it'll turn out nice... gosh i am turning my office into a kitchen.
