I don't want to brag, but here in Canada, we have some pretty great chocolate bars too. When I was living in the United States I would bring boxes of Cherry Blossoms, Coffee Crisp, and Crispy Crunch... Yes, I'll admit it, I was a chocolate dealer when I was younger. Getting the kids hooked, then upping the price.... I'm so bad ass.
 
*opens door, rushing in*

Morn exercise: weights and 10 min on treadmill (goin back in evening for cardio)

Breakfast: Coffee and bar of Macademia Nut (not snickers today. and eating this in the morning else I get bloated whole afternoon again!) Not supposed to eat sweet stuff after lunch.

Gotta work! Will come back later to reply everyone and visit other diaries...sorry!)

*rushes out, slams door*

I'm bac.....was quite a morning. i am hvg lunch n typing at the same timme.

wow peguin u r the first to be as crazy as me... hahahha. glad u like it though...what did u stuff inside? i ran out of mushrooms....miss it in my soup today:(

tammy....well no snickers but i think the macadamia honey nut bar was good. it wld be better if u send me some peanutbutter crunchies though... heheh.

ah.....for mooncakes info, can check the posts in my diary earlier on. hilly did his own research on mooncakes:D . i posted a pic or 2 too. not that i like the ones with yolk but i think it's yummy once u tried it. ice cream ones are the best! hahaha.

That's right Pinky, like you pointed out in my journal we did join pretty much at the same time! Too bad you're going down in the October Challenge. JUST KIDDING... y'all are kicking our tails right now. Keep up the good work on the cardio

I don't really have any sites that I visit. I'm a member of some technology forums (I LOVE gadgets) but I haven't been going there since I found and fell in love with this place. I'm pretty much here ALL the time! :D

Hi Pinkity! Hope you're sleeping well.. I put rice & veg. in my hand rolls with some soy sauce & sesame oil dressing.. too scared to try the fish & cottage cheese..lol But it did look yummy! And your sup looked exactly like mine! I guess I made it right - yay!! :D:D:D

I just woke up! 815am here. Guess my body is timed to sleep 7-8 hours.

Thanks for dropping by everyone. Yesterday was a crazy day. Rushing things and making me so sleepy. TOday is saturday and I am staying in to do some cooking, reading and websurfing. Any ideas for lunch? I got minced beef here. not sure what to do with it. Brain is not working much now, just woke up.

Yesterdays evening exercise:
15 min weights
30 min jog n walk incline on treadmill (spd frm 5.2-6.4). Finish with spd 8.0 for 10 min.
Shopping for 2 hours.

I bought a book that i just saw in the bookstore today. Called "The Ex-Boyfriend's Handbook." Read a few pages on the way home. Got me into chuckles and stitches, laffing within the first 10 pages. A few gals on the bus who were standing over me gave each other strange looks when they saw that lol. Think i'll finish the book today. Tho i dun appreciate the bad words printed (Asian conservative... hahaha)

Everyone hvg a good Fri? Not frightful i hope, like Tammy says....hahha.
