My computer at home has been crapping out on me. Sorry haven't been around much!

Also, planned to work again tomorrow, so I'm getting paid for it, but I won't be working. Hubby wants me to finish staining the deck, so I'll hopefully get that done tomorrow. Gosh this has been a pain in my arse for the last week thus far.

Haha. Seems like a lot of people are doing some type of building or renovations around the house. One of the annoying things about summer, I guess. I hope you got the staining all finished, so you have it out of the way. :)

peek-a-boo!

Long time no see. I can't believe what a slacker I have been. So, I'm going to try to post at least once a week with progress and lack there of.

Classes started again this week and well, I'm in aerobics 1 hr 15 mins. MW and Volleyball 1.5 hours T/Th. Plus, I plan to do weight training at home and run some also.

I haven't gained any weight really, just been maintaining where I was before.

I hope to see more of you and I really hope you see more of me! :)

Hey girl. I've been MIA for the past 2 weeks as well. It's so daunting to try to catch up with all that's been going on here, isn't it? You come back and everyone has made so much progress that it feels like you've been gone for half a year! Haha
Everything is going well, I assume? Aerobics and volleyball sounds like lots of fun, and a excellent way to burn cals of course. :)

Everything is good, it would be even better if I would just stay the course, but I'm hoping with the Aerobics class and volleyball I will be able to!

I also plan to do my weight training --and have decided to create a wall chart on a poster board to place in our basement to show my weights/reps for training. I also have a friend fitness instructor helping out with a plan that I hope to follow.

.. Thanks for stoppin in Sunny!

Worked out again last night. .. I'm following the bowflex work out schedule and will probably start adding in deadlifts and squats because I like doing those.

My hard classes start tomorrow and it will be first day of aerobics for me. I will be super busy, but plan to post weekly at least and daily as needed.

I am not posting foods as it tends to get to be too much. I still am trying to eat healthier. Adding salads/fruits etc.

Good luck to all.

Sunday 8-26-07 48:40 on treadmill

Monday Aerobics class pushups, sit ups, step up on machine, got into pairs and measured our body. waist, hips, shoulders, chest, forearm, bicep, thighs and wrist. We take a new measurement in October I believe 7 weeks, and I hope to see some drop in the measurements.

I still need to get in the treadmill and strength training.

Tuesday: volleyball and then??

Good luck with your classes tomorrow. And good luck with your eating and exercise, of course!

Thank you Sunny!

Ya know, I was just looking at my avatar, and I still have time to get fitter in 2007. So, that's my focus now!

Classes, well, they are going to be a lot of work. YIKES! Shakespeare and American Romanticism.. I'm totally not looking forward to reading Moby Dick. YUCK YUCK YUCK.

Bah... sounds crazy. I've never been much of a fan of Moby Dick either. Hopefully it won't be too bad. :)

That's right - you still have 4 whole months to get fit in 2007!

Hello stranger :) Dee is right - 4 months is a long time and I too am hoping to make the most of the last months of the year :)

have fun at volleyball -

Ok, so the sand pit is more like a dirt/boulder pit. I'm even thinking of taking my rake out there early on Thursday to clean out some of the rocks. There is little to no sand, and the rocks are crazy!

There are some people who have played before .. like 6 out of 18, and I am trying to leave more opportunity for the beginners to practice. Today, I ran balls for others a lot, picked up rocks and did a little serving before we started playing games. against each other. --they weren't the greatest games, and the team I was on totally sucked. hehe. There was even one girl who threw up her arms and hid when the ball came anywhere near her. Multiple times. hehe.

So, I'm just doing what I can and helping others learn the game better and hopefully I don't get smacked in the process or labeled for trying to help others.

I'm pretty sore from all the exercising, calves, quads, pecs, triceps, and lats are all a little achy, so no strength tonight. I'll hit that up tomorrow after aerobics.

Have a great night everyone!

Oh dear... lol Well, have as much fun as you can. It's good of you to try to help others, rather than being a jerk and making the weaker players feel bad. I hate when people do that!
Enjoy your strength training and aerobics today. Have fun gettin' skinny! :p

So, I was already sore from prior days working out .. and I know today's class is only going to add to the soreness.

I have been guzzling water, and can't seem to get enough. Today we did 40-45 mins outside with power walking, walking lunges, squats, backward walking lunges, jumping jacks, pushups, standing oblique crunch and I don't remember what else. So, I'm going to be sore.

I know I have to get in my strength training though, so tonight. I have to have to have to do that!

weight was down this morning so I'm happy about that.

Thanks Sunny, I do hope to have fun getting skinny, and am excited about these measurements of success I must follow in this aerobics class. We have fitness logs to keep track of and everything. It makes me stay focused even if it's for the grade, but it will be habit forming for when I'm no longer in the class. =)
