2% mexican cheese 1/8 cup
turkey
ham
ff croutons
light ranch dressing



Been running around the house cleaning today. It'll never get finished though. Especially with everything from my deck sitting in various rooms of the house while we are waiting to stain it.

I need to get on the treadmill a little later for a couple miles I hope. :)

I don't know how many calories I have had today, but it doesn't look too bad by eyeballin it. I hope it's not too bad if I calculated. hmmmm.

Hey Photocrazed! Thanks for stopping by my journal. I am sorry to hear about your blisters. I had some pretty wicked ones a few weeks ago on both feet!!! I still had to continue my running, so I taped them with this medical clear tape stuff so I could do so. They didn't bother me at all while running. It was so nice. I had to do it for about a week and a half if I remember right, until they healed enough so that hey weren't so sensitive... They are finally healed, :)

PS: we had the same thing for breakfast, except instead of coffee, I had a little diet coke... :)

Sorry for not being around more today everyone. I have spent 90% of the day reading about, purchasing and working and cleaning up on my deck. Looks like the same is on the menu for tomorrow.

Dinner was at 10:30pm tonight. :( not too happy about that, but had to get the paint sprayer cleaned.
 
pheeew that deck is burning up some cals for you girl - lol - I could ionly imagine - I absolutly hate cleaning my deck - I wouldnt want to be doing what you are...

Plan for the day. Gotta start working on the deck again ASAP. it's only 80 outside now, so I might get in a few hours under 97 before it gets amazingly hot!


I'm down 4.4 lbs from last Monday.

Mornin! Good deal on the 4+ lbs down (cute how you casually tossed that in!) I hear you on the heat....I mean I know it's summer and it's supposed to be hot but, darn, this is insane!...I just want to go someplace cool and breezy for a week...Canada? Alaska? I have this huge desire to put in a flower garden right now but I can't stand the idea of digging in the dirt while it's 5 million degrees out there!

BTW, I read your question you wondering about exercise in the gym vs. what you are doing (all that manual labor on your deck) right now...for what it's worth I wouldn't sweat it (pun not intended)...honestly the only reason we all shuffle off to the gym everyday is because we are "lucky" (or unlucky) enough to have lives where we don't really have to do much physical activity...so we have to balance it out by structuring it in through "working out"....

Wow you are doing wonderful. I haven't been in here for a while, but when I come back you are really losing!! Good job on the hard work!!:)
 
Damn girl 4.4 lbs since last week - you should be kissing htat deck - hee hee hee - your workin hard and it is showing onthe scale and makin great food choices - you go girl - you go!!!
 
It actually hit 100 degrees yesterday. I got in 2 hours on the deck before it was unbearable and had to stop. So I went to pick up more supplies and take my kitty to the vet.

I picked up some more stain, and it appears that the hardware store gave me a different base # than I have been applying, and I didn't know it until I got home. So, I can't start on the deck until I figure it all out. I have a call into the company to find out if I can use both and it not be a problem or if there is a chemical difference that will cause it to show on the deck.

I guess it's a good thing, because my left leg is super sore from my rump all the way to my calf. NO matter how I move it. UGH>

So, here I sit waiting on a call from them and I would love to be exercising, but it's nice to have this break.

I may go walk in a little while.

Ok.. next post is the post for today's foods.
 
Take it easy on sore legs! I recently worked my calves too hard and had to rest them for about 4 days. Mainly cause I couldn't walk! So I don't want yoiu hurting yourself, it's very painful!:rolleyes:

Found out it's a go with the new stain I bought. Company said it's ok to mix the two, so I guess I better get started and kill myself with the heat. :cry: I guess this is how I'll feel after I walk out the door :flame: It's 91 so far with a high of YEAH.. 100 again.. and it'll feel like 1000 under all my gear.
 
Great job on the 4.4 lbs! That is a lot in one week :). How many lbs are you away from your former body (posted on your first page)? I'm also trying to get to my former shape, which at the time I wasn't always so happy with, but now I'm wondering what I was complaining about!
 
Well, it rained on my parade. Storm rolled through about 2:30 is I guess and I'm upset about the 5-10 minutes of rain. looks like rain is in store until Thursday, so no more deck work until at least Friday depending on the rain schedule and amount. :( So sad! I really wanted to finish this project today.

So I got on the treadmill instead and ran/walked 2.26 miles. Just need to clean up my stain mess and shower up and figure out what's for dinner. Yummy.

Oh and the temps went from 97 degrees to 77 degrees. Amazing.
 
I did about an hour 1/2 on the deck today. it came a downpour and hopefully it didn't mess up my staining. =( I played about 45 minutes of volleyball, and did 1.26 miles on the treadmill as well. .
