Hey there! I haven't been by in awhile...stopped in this morning...we are pretty close in both weight and goal weight...I saw your post about your shoulder....I hurt my left shoulder in an auto accident 16 years ago and there are times when it hurts so bad...sometimes it is just the smallest thing that will set it off and I am plagued for weeks, months. It has been on its best behavior lately...(I am almost afraid to post that....). I hope your shoulder is feeling better and its not something chronic.

Hey there! Just stopping by to get caught up on your activities. The volleyball sounds like fun...never my sport cause I have a tendency to duck and cover my head (literally) when balls come flying at my head. Hope your shoulder feels better soon...if not it might be worth a trip to the doc. Have a great day.
 
Dear WLF,

It's been an entire week since my last visit and will be a few days before I post again. Exam time is upon me, I have been working both jobs, playing volleyball, and consuming entirely too many cookies and ice cream. I am trying to do better, and am working on keeping the stress level down.

Sorry, I haven't been around to encourage you all for a while, but I am here and haven't forgotten you. IF you feel down, remember I am wishing good thoughts to you all even though I won't be here again until at least Friday.

This has been a long process, much longer than I have wanted, and well, I'm ok with that. Success doesn't happen over night, but over many trials obstacles and perseverance. I will see you all on the flip-side of the weekend!

I haven't been around much lately either, and am finding this process too long as well. At least we're not giving up.

Good luck on your exams, try not to work too hard, and remember to take some time for yourself soon.

When you feel like this process is taking too long, just put it in perspective. What are a few months out of the rest of your life? You're young, so there are still many many years ahead when you'll be enjoying your new healthier body instead of feeling like you're struggling to reach a weight goal. :)
 
Hey Jenn, Sunny, Anna, Sophie, everyone.

I was hoping this last week and 1/2 would be less stressful, but I have been working both jobs, and went down for my mom's graduation. I chopped 5-7" off my hair and got high/lowlights as well while in town for her graduation. I'm happy with the outcome.

I am going to try to come by more to visit everyone, it's just been insane, and starting Monday, classes start Mon-Thur 10:15-3pm for 5 weeks.

I got an A- and B+ for my final grade in my classes, and I'm happy about both grades. The exams/presentations and paper were all hard but it looks like I did ok.

Did you end up joining the WOMAN challenge? I can't keep up with who all is in this thing. Good luck with this week's goals if you are in. :) .. ok good luck anyway!

Wearing the pedometer around to get my step count in for the Woman Challenge. I'll probably try to increase the number every week as long as I am reaching some goals.
