Mornin! Here's a thought for you...chronic or prolonged stress can keep your cortisol levels elevated - playing havoc with your ability to lose (or even maintain) weight even if the cals are in line. The easiest (and best IMO) approach is one that I got from reading a book by Dr. Perricone. In a nutshell, during a period when stress is high 1)eliminate as much sugar as possible, especially from your first and last meal of the day, 2)eliminate all caffine other than green or black tea, 3) start the day with a cup of green tea and 4)try as hard as possible to get a full night's sleep.Well, I think I did let myself get a little overworked and stressed. This last week has been a more relaxing week ready to hit the weight loss train for April. I had an exam this weekend and also I have been super stressed with school and work. I am definitely going to try and post at least once to twice a day, but I'm not sure how many diaries I'll be hitting. We are coming up on the last four weeks of school, and I really need to keep these A's in my classes.
Thank you all for your support!
Hope this helps and have a great (stress free) week!
